As an supply chain planner you will be responsible for analysing and optimising the stocks, as well as managing relationships with suppliers. You will ensure the on-time and correct purchase of stocks, taking into account the delivery times of suppliers, the reliability of the suppliers, seasonal influences and any ordering costs. Other tasks that are within your responsibility include assessing the performance of suppliers, monitoring the quality of the delivered products and carrying out invoice checks.
In other words: a great position on the cutting edge of analysis, purchasing and logistics. You will report directly to the Plant Manager.
