In this role, it is your task to optimally serve the key accounts of Danpoort. First of all, you analyse the existing sales and developments at the key accounts. Based on reports, you will advise the management about the right strategies to further develop the business at these accounts. As Inside Sales Key Accounts, you are of course also responsible for relationship management and successfully guiding requests. You are able to convert the needs of customers into orders! Every day you are in contact with the decision makers of your accounts to achieve results and to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Customer Success Manager.
